Return & Refund Policy
Return Window (Domestic Orders)
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Original packaging intact
- All tags and labels attached
- Proof of purchase provided
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Ship the package to the address provided by our team
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
International Orders and Exchanges
Currently, Amiee does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:
- A defective product has been delivered, subject to inspection by our QA (Quality Assurance) team.
- Our logistics partner is unable to deliver the order after repeated attempts due to customer unavailability.
In such cases:
Refunds will be initiated only after inspection and approval by our QA team.
Shipping charges, customs duties, and related expenses may be deducted from the refund, except where the delivered product was defective.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
