5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (Key Terms)

• In-stock items: typically ship within 5–6 business days.
• Custom orders (personalized by colour/purity/engraving): ~14 days total delivery time (crafting ~10 days).
• Same-day delivery (Mumbai only): available on select products.

If your order contains both custom and non-custom items, the entire order ships together once the custom piece is ready. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. See the full Shipping & Handling Policy on the site.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & BUYBACK (Key Terms)

• Domestic (India) returns: 14-day return window for unused and unworn items purchased as prepaid orders, with the original tag and invoice intact.
• Personalized jewelry (colour/purity/engraving): non-returnable unless defective/spurious. We arrange reverse pickup where serviceable; conditions apply for non-serviceable PIN codes.
• International orders: No returns/exchanges except if a defective product is delivered (subject to QA inspection) or if delivery was impossible after repeated attempts (deductions for logistics/customs may apply).

7. WARRANTY

• We provide a 6-month limited warranty covering plating or manufacturing defects.
• Warranty claims can be initiated via our website/app or customer support.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised repairs, and damage from improper handling are excluded.

8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

• We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current due to typographical or technical errors.
• Historical information may not be current and is provided for reference only.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content on the site—including logos, graphics, images, product designs, text, and layout—is the intellectual property of SLK International / Amiee or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws.

• If you send submissions (e.g., reviews, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such content.
